After the initial contact and brief telephone consultation with Deborah Fitz Interiors a meeting is arranged at which the client's requirements are discussed, and a scheme for the project is prepared. There is a nominal fee of £120 for the preparation of the scheme and a quotation for the supply of necessary materials and making up, depending on the project. This fee is to cover normal expenses incurred in researching and preparing the quotation. Of course, should the quotation result in an order exceeding £1000 in value being placed, this fee would be deducted from the final invoice.

So that is the basic soft furnishings, curtains, cushions covered but of course that is not all that Deborah Fitz Interiors can arrange for you. Over the course of many years Deborah has sourced experts in the field of upholstery, loose covers, painting and decorating, flooring, from carpet and wood to bespoke hard flooring. Once we have determined what best suits your needs, we can ensure that the best balance of design, quality and value will be applied to produce the desired results.

On to the larger project, for example refitting a study, redesigning a bathroom, outfitting a newly constructed pool room, designing the whole of your newly built house or taking a new broom approach to the house you've just bought.

We are able to coordinate our craftsmen and contractors to ensure a suitable schedule for all the works to run smoothly, a recent project involved electricians, plumbers plasterers, flooring contractors, painters, decorators and soft furnishings to replace poorly designed rooms over two floors of a beautiful home with new lighting, flooring, paper, paint, curtains and trimmings in time for a wedding reception to be held in the house.
